Bubble cleansers are cleansers that don’t need added water or agitation to produce foam. Instead, they either foam up after application to a dry face or come out as a lather straight from the bottle. It’s questionable whether their self-foaming action really delivers a better cleanse, but they can be a fun alternative to a regular old foaming wash.
